As seen from Anchorage on any clear day, is Mt. McKinley on the right, Mt. Foraker on the left and I believe that the smaller mountain in the middle and closer to McKinley (or Denali. your choice) is Mt.Crosson.

Steel reflections, Saturday morning.

The green is turning to gold. Between now and into October, Alaska will be at its most beautiful. There's a lot of talk about how New England is beautiful in the fall, but for my money, it can't touch Alaska in the autumn. We've had a very wet August. I only hope that it portends a sunny and beautiful September & October.

This morning it's rainy & windy. The leaves are starting to turn and I've seen geese beginning to flock & circle. Fall is getting closer. It's by far and away, my favorite time of year. So here's a nice colorful autumn image. Minolta XG-1.
